Medifast has apps for both Andorid and Apple systems. There is one set up apps that help users of the product follow the program. The mobile phone will signal the user when it is time to use the product. There is also another app that allows users of the program to use the plan to change their lifestyle on a daily basis. Users of the app can also order their food and check on their diet plan from their mobile devices.
